<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />APRIL 6, 1976 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the me4eting to order at 7: 30 P.M. with the following <br />Council members present: Domenico, DiLorenzo, Caranci, DiCarlo, McDonald, <br />and DelPizzo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney <br />Morris, City Engineer White, City Treasurer Hesson and City Clerk Santilli. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the minutes <br />of March 16, 1976, meeting be accepted as <br />read. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />PROCLAMATION - CLEAN UP <br />WEEK <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read the proclamation, proclaiming <br />the week of April 18, 1976, as Clean Up <br />Week in Louisville. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION - DRIVE FOR <br />CANCER RESEARCH DAY <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read the proclamation, proclaim- <br />ing April 20, 1976, as Drive for Cancer <br />Research Day. Mrs. Alverda Williams and <br />Mrs. Marilyn Hershey were present to <br />accept the proclamation. They stated that <br />the drive would be made by approximately <br />35 women between the hours of 5:00 and <br />9:00 P.M. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - PAPA <br />FRANKS 3.2% LIQUOR LIC. <br />REQUEST <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl noted that the required inform- <br />ation had been submitted to Council on <br />March 16, 1976, for review. Attorney <br />Morris stated that the application was in <br />order. <br />Mayor Waschak opened a public hearing. <br />There were no comments. The hearing was <br />closed and Council comments were requested. <br />Councilman Domenico stated that he would <br />abstain from voting on the license as he <br />was a member of the party requesting the <br />license. <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that he had one <br />party state their disapproval of the <br />requested license. With no more comments <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the 3.2% <br />liquor license for Papa Frnak's be accepted. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiLorenzo. <br />Attorney Morris stated that the FBI checks <br />have not been returned; however, if there <br />is a problem, the City may revoke the <br />license. <br />Roll call was taken on the motion. Caranci <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes, DiLorenzo <br />yes, McDonald yes, Domenico abstained. <br />Motion carried. <br />
