<br />WATER TAP & SEWER TAP <br />INCREASE CONTID <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the City could go <br />ahead and take the needed money from taxes <br />of citizens already in the community; how- <br />ever, when the developments were presented <br />to the City, it was stated that there would <br />be no cost to the citizens here for the <br />new developments. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that it would negligent on <br />his part to not make the Council aware of <br />the fact that if they continue to sell <br />taps at the old cost and have to pay todays <br />prices, the City would get into trouble. <br />Steve Anderson stated that because of the <br />needed increases there may be a possible <br />concession to help keep the price down. <br />He stated that on the developers plans <br />the City might allow to have concessions <br />such as on sidewalk and street construction. <br />He felt this might help balance out the <br />costs. <br />After discussion roll call was taken on <br />the motion to draft an ordinance to in- <br />crease tap fees. <br />Domenico no, DiLorenzo yes, Caranci yes, <br />DiCarlo yes, McDonald abstained, DelPizzo <br />no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE <br />ORDINANCE #497 <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed correspondence. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Ordinance #497 which <br />could be dealt with tonight was left off <br />the agenda. It has to do with the rezoning <br />of Louisville North - 1st Filing. <br />Council decided to table the matter. <br /> <br />ENGINEER STUDY - TANK <br /> <br />Engineer \Vhite reported that the necessary <br />reports are being filed to get a special <br />use review through the County. <br /> <br />With no more comments Councilman Domenico <br />moved that the City Administrators report <br />be accepted and placed on file. <br />Seconded by Councilman McDonald. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS & <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />DRAPES <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico gave his approval on <br />the new drapes in the Council chambers. <br /> <br />CODIFICATION <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo questioned the progress <br />of the codification. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that all needed ordinances <br />have been sent, but he has not heard any- <br />thing further. <br /> <br />-9- <br />
