He also <br />stated that he felt the old method of <br />reporting was successful in showing <br />citizens how the court works. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he was not sure <br />just what had happened and was going to <br />speak with the parties involved to get <br />the question answered. <br />Councilman McDonald stated that she <br />like the modified report. She felt that <br />whoever receives a summons should not <br />have to be put in the paper for every- <br />one else to know about. <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he <br />felt it good to print the violations <br />and violators as it might make some <br />people try harder next time not to make <br />the same mistake. <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that he did <br />not like the fact that the report did <br />not tell the amount of specific vio- <br />lations which were summoned. <br />After discussion Council approved the <br />motion to accept the municipal court <br />report. <br /> <br />Councilman Caranci stated that he would <br />like to have some type of session to dis- <br />cuss matters which are passed by the Board <br />and will be coming to Council for <br />approval. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that he would like to <br />have a study session with Council and <br />go into detail on Planned Unit Devel- <br />opment (PUD) and what it entails. <br />Council agreed to meet on March 30, <br />1976, at 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />WORK SESSION WITH <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />With no more discussion Councilman <br />DiCarlo moved that the meeting be <br />adjourned. Seconded by Councilman <br />Domenico. Motion carried. Meeting <br />adjourned at 8:50 P.M. <br />
