<br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />MARCH 2, 1976 <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the fol- <br />lowing Council members pre8ent: Domenico, Caranci, DiLorenzo, <br />DelPizzo, McDonald and DiCarlo. Others present: City Administrator <br />Wurl, City Treasurer Hesson, City Engineer White, City Clerk Santilli. <br />Absent: City Attorney Morris. <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak and Council approved <br />the February 17, 1976 Council minutes <br />as presented. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ITEMS <br />ELKS LIQUOR LICENSE <br />APPLICATION <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that the Elks <br />liquor license application has been pre- <br />sented and posted properly. He <br />stated that a copy of the lease and <br />corporation papers along with letters of <br />reference for the board officers were <br />available for review also. <br />Mr. Walter Cass representing the Elks <br />was present to answer any questions <br />regarding the application. Mr. Cass <br />stated that the club license is goverened <br />by the state and local laws. The club <br />will not be open for extended hours. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the <br />Tri-City Elks liquor application be <br />approved. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiLorenzo. Mayor Waschak opened the <br />public hearing on the application. <br />There were no remarks. The public hearing <br />was closed and roll call was taken on <br />the motion to approve the license. <br />Domenico yes, DiLorenzo yes, Caranci <br />yes, DiCarlo abstained, McDonald yes, <br />DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. <br />Councilman DiCarlo abstained due to <br />a conflict of interest. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1F5 <br />P.U.D. COAL CREEK STATION <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that Resolution #5, <br />deals with the application for pre- <br />liminary approval of the P.U.D. at the <br />Coal Creek Station. Also included were <br />copies of Planning Commission recom- <br />mendations. Mr. Brock was in atten- <br />dance representing the Coal Creek <br />Station. <br />Mr. Brock reviewed the area of approx- <br />imately 12 acres located east of the <br />railroad tracks and bordered by South <br />Boulder Road and Highway 42. <br />
