ORDINANCE #493 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE ORDINANCE #494 AMENDING ORDINANCE #405 REGARDING CONTRACTORS RESOLUTION #3 APPROPRIATION CHANGES TABLING OF ITEMS 6, 7, & 8 ON JANUARY 20, 1976, COUNCIL AGENDA ADJOURNMENT Each Council member was presented a copy of Ordinance #493 regarding an amendment to the Uniform Building Code. Attorney Morris read Ordinance #493 by title. Councilman McDonald moved that Ordinance #493 be ordered published. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico yes, Caranci yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, McDonald yes, DelPizzo yes. Motion carried. Each Council member was presented a copy of Ordinance #494 regarding an amendment to Ordinance #405. Attorney Morris stated that the change has to do with the licensing of Electricians. Attorney Morris read Ordinance #494. Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance #494 be ordered published. Seconded by Councilman McDonald. aoll call. Caranci yes, Domenico yes, DiLorenzo yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes. Motion carried. Each Council member received a copy of Resolution #3, Series 1976. Mr. Wurl explained to Council on the changing of funds appropriated for 1976 as stated by the Resolution. Councilman Caranci moved that Resolution #3, Series 1976, be adopted. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. DiCarlo yes, Domenico yes, DelPizzo yes, McDonald yes, DiLorenzo yes, Caranci yes. Motion carried. Councilman Domenico moved that items 6, 7 & 8 on the Council agenda for January 20, 1976, be tabled until the adjourned meeting of January 27, 1976. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City Attorney's report be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Motion carried. Mayor Waschak adjourned the January 20, 1976, Council meeting until January 27, 1976, 7:30 P.M., City Council Chambers. Meeting adjourned at 11:15 P.M. -11-
