<br />CEMETERY BOARD cont'd <br /> <br />COAL CREEK ASSOCIATION <br />REPRESENTATIVE <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY APPOINTMENT <br /> <br />CITY PROSECUTING ATTORNEY <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT OF MUNICIPAL JUDGE <br /> <br />CITY HEALTH OFFICER <br /> <br />After discussion Councilman Caranci <br />moved to appoint Eugene Tavoni, <br />Marge lazuk and June Malczyk to <br />the Cemetery Board. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br />Attorney Morris stated that there <br />is no problem in reappointing the <br />old Board even if they are not in <br />different Wards. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Howard <br />Berry be appointed to serve as the <br />representative from Louisville on <br />the Coal Creek Assoc. Seconded by <br />Councilman Dilorenzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there were three <br />application for the position of City <br />Attorney, present Attorney Paul Morris, <br />Rautenstraus & Joss, and Leroy Goter. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the <br />voting for Attorney be done by secret <br />ballot. Seconded by Councilman <br />McDonald. Motion carried. <br />Return of ballots should the reappoint- <br />ment of Attorney Morris with four votes, <br />Rautenstraus & Joss two votes, l. Goter <br />zero votes. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there were two <br />applicants for the position. Cliff <br />Carney and Rautenstraus & Joss. <br />Secret ballot was made with the <br />following votes cast. Rautenstraus & <br />Joss four votes, Carney two votes; <br />giving the appointment to Rautenstraus <br />& Joss. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there was only <br />one application for the position of <br />Municipal Judge, Lawrence Enrietto <br />who presently holds the position. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Council <br />reappoint Lawrence Enrietto as Muni- <br />cipal Judge. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there were no <br />application for the position however, <br />he recommended that the present officer <br />be appointed. Councilman DelPizzo <br />moved that Dr. Cassidy be reappointed <br />as Health Officer. Seconded by Council- <br />man McDonald. Motion carried. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
