E & F INDUSTRY CONT'D that the City is trying to schedule a meeting with the County and State to discuss the situation. COMMENDATION OF CML Councilwoman Dhieux stated that a letter of thanks should be sent to the Colorado Municipal League in re- ference to their efforts for the City on the proposed Mizel annexation suit. Council concurred. Attorney Morris stated that Susan Griffith of CML did give a good presentation to the Supreme Court. CLARIFICATION OF LURA MINUTES Councilwoman Dhieux stated that in the LURA minutes it gave remarks of the Board questioning why Oblinger/Smith was appointed to prepare the CD appli- cation. She stated that she felt Oblinger/Smith was a good firm and that is why she moved to accept them. She also stated that she felt it was the feelings of LURA to have Oblinger/ Smith approved. Mr. Chenoweth stated that it was his personel feelings that the City approve Oblinger/Smith. She asked that the Board discuss the options before they are presented to Council. Mr. Chenoweth stated that the Board was pressed for time and this was part of the reason for the procedure. He also stated that the bids were of equal amount however, the other bid required the use of City equipment such as paper and copying. Councilwoman Dhieux requested that the Boards try to discuss the proposals before they are brought to Council. With no other reports Councilman DiCarlo moved that the reports be accepted and placed on file. Seconded by Council- man Berry. Motion carried. AUDIENCE COMMENTS There were not comments from the people in attendance. CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT E & F INDUSTRY LETTER Mr. Wurl gave a brief report on the E & F Industry - Domenico situation. Attorney Morris stated that Mr. Domenico would be present at the next meeting with his attorney. -3-
