Motion passes unanimously by a roll call vote.
Discussion by Commissioners — Alteration Certificate:
Beauchamp thinks the proposed addition is pretty insignificant to the rest of the
project. The rear placement would not affect the look and feel of the structure.
Dalia says he is happy that it will be brought back to its original look.
Burg says this alteration certificate will help make it more modern but still keep
its original feel of the home.
Haley asks if the carport should be excluded from the landmark.
Brackett Hogstad says there is no need for that. You can say that it is okay to
change it though since it is not historic.
Keller moves and Dalia seconds a motion to approve Resolution 2, Series 2023.
Motion passes unanimously by a roll call vote.
Discussion by Commissioners — Grant:
The commissioners discuss that the grant is a reasonable amount to make
everything up to code. The grant amount is similar to past applications.
Beauchamp moves and Burg seconds a motion to approve Resolution 3, Series
2023. Motion passes unanimously by a roll call vote.
Discussion by Commissioners — Loan:
5
