After deliberation and a <br />review of the eligibility criteria found in the Louisville Municipal Code (LMC) <br />Section 15.36.050, the HPC subcommittee voted unanimously to release your <br />demolition permit. The reasons for the release are as follows: <br />In 2017, the Historic Preservation Commission reviewed the request and <br />placed a 6 month stay to allow additional consideration <br />This stay has since expired <br />The property owner has coordinated with the Louisville Historical Museum <br />for donations from the property. <br />Following approval of a building permit, you may complete the demolition as <br />provided in LMC Section 15.36.200. Please note you have 180 days from this <br />date to pull a building permit to activate the demolition of these structures.
