Landmark and Probable Cause Public Hearing <br />301 Spruce Street <br />Brackett Hogstad introduced her presentation by showing the property location <br />and discussing past historic conditions. <br />Staff Findings: <br />• The house was built in 1908, and is connected to the Thompson family <br />and mining history of Louisville.
