Workshop 1 focused on an <br />introduction to the topic and a discussion around the vision for the project goals, targets <br />and strategies. <br />• The Internal Decarbonization Plan final report will go to Council on August 15 for <br />potential adoption. If adopted, the City will move into the implementation phase of the <br />project and will evaluate implementation strategies such as Energy Performance <br />Contracting through the Colorado Energy Office. <br />• The City's Comprehensive Plan project has begun.
