LCitvot- <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Monday, July 17, 2023 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — 6:30 PM <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Commission Members Absent <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Lynda Haley, Chair <br />Christine Burg, Vice Chair <br />Gary Dunlap <br />Josh Anderson <br />Randy Dalia <br />Keith Keller <br />Marty Beauchamp <br />Amelia Brackett Hogstad, HPC Planner <br />Claire Kreycik, Secretary <br />Approval of Agenda - The agenda is approved by all members. <br />Approval of June 26, 2023 Meeting Minutes - The minutes from the June <br />meeting are approved as written by all members present. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda — None is heard. <br />Demolition Review Public Hearing <br />421 East Street <br />Brackett Hogstad indicated that the application is for all structures at 421 East <br />Street. The property has been considered previously for demolition in 2017 and <br />2020 and the property subsequently sold. Now before the Commission is a new <br />demolition review application filed by the new owner who has also begun the <br />process of a land use application with the Planning Division. <br />Brackett Hogstad shared photos of a few of the larger, more prominent <br />structures, and noted that the integrity has been maintained.
