RESOLUTION NO. 9 <br />SERIES 2 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING OF AN ALTERATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE MARINO <br />HOUSE LOCATED AT 829 LINCOLN AVENUE FOR EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville Historic Preservation <br />Commission (HPC) an application requesting an alteration certificate for a historic residential <br />structure located on 829 Lincoln, on property legally described as Lots 3 — 5, Block 4, <br />Pleasant Hill Addition, Town of Louisville, City of Louisville, State of Colorado; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the HPC have reviewed the application and found it to <br />be in compliance with Chapter 15.36 of the Louisville Municipal Code, including Section <br />15.36.120, establishing criteria for alteration certificates; and <br />WHEREAS, the HPC has held a properly noticed public hearing on the proposed <br />alteration certificate where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including <br />findings in the Louisville Historic Preservation Commission Staff Report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br />COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br />Does hereby recommend approval of the application for an alteration certificate for the <br />Marino House as described in the Staff Report and included in the attached Exhibit A: <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16TH day of October, 2023. <br />Lynda Haley, Chairperson <br />
