L Cityof <br />Louisville <br />COLORADO • SINCE 1878 <br />Historic Preservation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Monday, September 18, 2023 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:30 PM <br />Call to Order — 6:30 PM <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br />Commission Members Present: <br />Commission Members Absent <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Lynda Haley, Chair <br />Christine Burg, Vice Chair <br />Josh Anderson <br />Marty Beauchamp <br />Randy Dalia <br />Keith Keller <br />Gary Dunlap <br />Amelia Brackett Hogstad, HPC Planner <br />Ben Jackson, Planning Clerk <br />Approval of Agenda - The agenda is approved by all members. <br />Approval of July 17, 2023 Meeting Minutes - The minutes from the July meeting were <br />approved as written by all members present. <br />Public Comments on Items Not on the Agenda <br />Sherry Sommer, resident, wanted to highlight the importance of the Historic Preservation <br />Commission's work in preserving the character of Louisville. She thanked the <br />Commission for this work. <br />Landmark, and Preservation & Restoration Grant Public Hearing <br />741 Lincoln Ave <br />Brackett Hogstad introduced the Landmark and Preservation & Restoration Grant <br />application. The property was located in Old Town, dating back to 1905.
