REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOVEMBER 18, 1975 Mayor Waschak called the meeting to order with the following Council members present: Domenico, Berry, Caranci, Dhieux, DelPizzo, and DiCarlo. Others present: City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, City Engineer White, City Clerk Santilli. Absent: City Treasurer Hesson. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Waschak and Council approved the minutes as read. COUNCIL ITEMS LIQUOR LICENSE RENEWAL FIRE DEPT. - SPECIAL LIC. Councilman DelPizzo moved that the special license for the fire department be granted. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. Councilman Domenico moved that the renewal of Pasquales liquor license be granted. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. PASQUALES TWIN LIGHT INN Councilman Domenico and DelPizzo stated that they felt this license should not be renewed. After discussion Councilman Berry moved that the renewal of the Twin Lights liquor license be granted. Seconded by Councilman Caranci. Roll call. Domenico no, Berry yes, Dhieux yes, Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo no. Motion carried. WALDO'S Councilman DiCarlo moved that the renewal of Waldo.s liquor license be granted. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Councilman Domenico felt that there was too much trouble at this establishment and that the license should not be renewed. Coun- cilman DelPizzo stated that he has had complaints on the noise at this estab- lishment and if they are to stay in business then the police should be in- structed to watch the area. After dis- cussion roll call was taken on the issue. Berry yes, Caranci yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo no, Domenico no, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. It was stated that the application was in a different form. Mr. Wurl stated,: that the reason for this was due to a name change however the application was in order. -1-
