<br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEMBERS <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />MAYHOFFER SUIT <br /> <br />SALAZAR SUIT <br /> <br />LUC-BOULDER COUNTY SUIT <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #487 <br />SEWER BOND <br />2ND READING <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #488 <br />PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #489 <br />ALLEY VACATION <br />VARRA - ANLAUF <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed the appointing system <br />for the Planning Commission stating that <br />citizens of Louisville have voiced their <br />concern on having Council persons serve <br />on the Commission; however it is up to <br />the Mayor for the appointments and if <br />he wishes the whole Council may be <br />appointed to serve on the Board. <br />He stated that Attorney Morris is drafting <br />an Ordinance for the Councils consideration. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico then moved that the <br />City Administrators report be accepted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that he has not <br />received a ruling on the matter. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that he received <br />a ruling on the Salazar suit. The judge <br />has ruled the defendants, Margaret <br />Sneddon and Judge Enrietto, not liable. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that he has not <br />received a ruling as yet. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #487 <br />by title only in regards to the issuance <br />of sewer bonds in the amount of $280,000. <br />Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance <br />#487 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico yes, <br />Berry yes, Caranci yes, Dhieux yes, <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #488 amend- <br />ing Ordinance #296 for the appointments <br />of the Planning & Zoning Commission. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that Ordinance <br />#488 be ordered published. Seconded by <br />Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. Berry <br />yes, Caranci yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo <br />yes, Domenico no, DiCarlo yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #489 for <br />the vacation of an alley between the <br />property of Wayne Varra and Hazel Anlauf. <br />Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance <br />#489 be ordered published.
