Mr. Wurl stated that it had not been <br />and hopes that the matter will be settled at <br />the August 5, 1975 meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Conarroe asked if there was any disposition <br />on the Campbell case. This will be discussed <br />during the Attorney report. <br /> <br />Mr. Conarroe stated that he felt the City Coun- <br />cil minutes were not thorough and that more <br />important information should be included for <br />future record. Mr. Wurl stated that copies <br />of contracts could be added to the minutes in <br />cases of agreements. <br /> <br />Mr. Conarroe asked if there was going to be <br />a presentation at the DRCOG meeting on the <br />Mizel annexation proposal. Mr. Wurl stated <br />that he spoke with Mr. Farley and they will <br />set up another meeting for the presentation <br />in September. <br /> <br />Mr. Conarroe stated that since the two Council <br />meetings were held one week apart, the Ord- <br />inance #473 would have to be acted upon at <br />the August 5, 1975 meeting in order to get a <br />second publication on it. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br /> <br />Mr. Anderson informed Council that the Cen- <br />tennial BiCentennial Committee will be holding <br />an ice cream social on July 27, 1975 to help <br />raise money for the Miner statue. He invited <br />everyone to attend and have a good time. <br />He also stated that at this time the City will <br />receive their BiCentennial flag. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reviewed the correspondence and enclo- <br />surers. <br /> <br />VIA APPIA ESCROW <br />WOOD BROTHERS <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that a while back the <br />City did not want Wood Brothers to pave Via <br />Appia Drive because of the lack of use at that <br />time. He stated that a tentative agreement was <br />made that Wood Brothers give the City the needed <br />amount to pave the drive and the City would then <br />put it in escrow until the work was started. <br />
