<br />COUNCIL COMMENTS cont'd <br /> <br />PERSONNEL EVALUATION <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br />DOG PROBLEM <br /> <br />WATER METER ORDINANCE <br />CLARIFICATION <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br /> <br />CURB PAINTING <br /> <br />SCHOOL ANNEXATION <br /> <br />1ST SAVINGS INVESTMENT <br />CORPORATION <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo stated that it <br />was requested long ago that a personnel <br />evaluation be made on the City employees <br />and now he would like to have an eval- <br />uation of the Police Department. <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that an in- <br />vestigation of the Police Department <br />be held on the internal functions and <br />if necessary the Council be the in- <br />vestigating body. Mayor Pro-tem stated <br />that this would fall under the Police <br />Committee meetings and that a meeting <br />could be scheduled. April 22, 1975 at <br />7:30 P.M. was set for the meeting. <br />It will be a private meeting including <br />press, however a citizen who may have <br />a complaint against the Police Depart- <br />ment may write a formal complaint to <br />be brought up during the meeting. <br /> <br />Mrs. Linda Garrett requested that the <br />Police Department be issued leashes to <br />be used when picking up a dog. <br />It was suggested that the dog matter <br />be discussed at the Police Committee <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Dennis Lundberg asked if an old <br />structure is torn down and a new one <br />built does a water meter have to be <br />installed. Mr. Wurl stated that an <br />Ordinance passed in 1971 stated that <br />all new structures will be placed on <br />a water meter. <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 reviewed corresponrlenee_with <br />Council. <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 stated that according to the <br />State Federal requirements the curb <br />painting is not long enough. <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 informed Council that he did <br />write a letter to Mr. Morris asking <br />if the school district would be interested <br />in annexing to the City. <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 stated the request of the <br />corporation relating to the possible <br />change of tap fee charges on multi- <br />family dwellings.
