SNOW REMOVAL <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl reported that Wood Bros. have <br />received only two warning tickets. Mr. <br />Wurl stated that the matter has been <br />brought up to the Code Enforcement <br />Officer. <br /> <br />ALLEY BEHIND FIRE HALL <br />PAVING <br /> <br />City Engineer White had checked into <br />the matter and it was in the contract <br />that the alley behind the new fire <br />station be paved, however it was not <br />done and there was no ~aYment made and <br />the City has retained ~1,500 for that <br />portion of work. Mr. Wurl recommended <br />that the City find out how much work <br />can be done for the $1,500 and also to <br />find out how much it would cost to do <br />the whole alley. <br /> <br />ONE-WAY SIGNS THRU ALLEYS <br /> <br />Discussion was held in regards to the <br />marking of one-way in the alley ways <br />running from Walnut to Pine off of Main, <br />and also the City parking lot south <br />of City Hall. It was suggested that <br />more study be made before any decision <br />is made. <br /> <br />FIRE RATING <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that Louis- <br />ville is eligible for an improved <br />classification - Class 7. This will <br />pertain to brick structures and com- <br />mercial buildings. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the City <br />Administrators report be accepted. <br />Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />ALLEY REPORT <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that he wrote <br />a letter to Council stating his ob- <br />jection to entering in on a 99 year <br />lease with the property owners. He <br />suggested that the property owners <br />sign an easement agreement giving the <br />City the 7.5 feet for alley purposes. <br />
