<br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />MAYHOFFER REPORT <br /> <br />SALAZAR LAW SUIT <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #460 2ND READING <br />WATER FEE INCREASE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1ft462 <br />BICYCLE LICENSING <br /> <br />-5- <br /> <br />Attorney Morris reported that there <br />will be an agreement before the next <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris replied that a letter <br />of intent was never received which was <br />to be done to file for suit. The <br />matter has been turned over to the <br />City insurance company. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak opened the Public <br />Hearing in regards to water fee increase. <br />Mrs. Mary Shipton, Mrs. Barbara McDonald, <br />Jerry McDonald, Walt Leggett and Paul <br />Boyce stated their objections to the <br />increase. There were no people in favor <br />of the increase. Mrs v~Linda_Garrett <br />and Percy Conarroe also stated their <br />objections. Mayor Waschak then returned <br />to Council for discussion after closing <br />the Public Hearing. Council stated <br />their feelings in regards to the increase. <br />After discussion Councilman Domenico <br />moved to defeat Ordinance #460. Seconded <br />by Councilman DelPizzo. Roll call. <br />Domenico yes, Berry no, Scholl no, <br />Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried defeating Ordinance <br />#460. Councilman DiCarlo moved that <br />an adjourned meeting be held Wednesday, <br />February 19, 1975, to reaccess the <br />possibilities of finding monies elsewhere. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion <br />carried. It will be held at 7:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #462 in <br />regards to bicycle licensing. After <br />discussion Councilwoman Scholl moved <br />to amend the Ordinance deleating sec- <br />tion 3l-A-17 part B. Seconded by <br />Councilman Berry. Roll call on amendment. <br />Berry yes, Scholl yes, Domenico no, <br />Dhieux no, DelPizzo no, DiCarlo no. <br />Motion defeated. <br />Councilman DiCarlo then moved that <br />Ordinance #462 be ordered published. <br />Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Roll <br />call on motion. Domenico yes, Berry <br />yes, Dhieux yes, Scholl yes, DelPizzo <br />yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br />
