-2- SALES TAX cont'd Roll call on motion. Berry yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo no, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. The work session was scheduled for February 25, 1975. POLICE GUIDELINES Mr. Wur1 asked for any comments from Council in regards to the Police Guide- lines. After some discussion Council- man DiCarlo moved that Council approve the suggested guidelines providing paragraph two, regarding the Mayor's approval, be changed. The motion was seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. Motion carried. LHA BOARD MEMBER RESIGNATION Mr. Wur1 read a letter of resignation from William L. Gans, chairman of the Louisville Housing Authority. Coun- cilman DiCarlo moved Council accept Mr. Gans resignation and extend Councils appreciation for a job well done. The motion was seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. Mayor Waschak asked that the City advertise for the new appointment through the local paper. VARIANCE BOARD MEMBER RESIGNATION Mr. Wur1 also read a letter of resign- ation from Jack Degenhart from the Var- iance Board. Councilman DelPizzo moved the Council accept the resignation and that Council extend their appreciation for a job well done. The motion was seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. Mayor Waschk instructed the staff to advertise for a new member. COMMISSION REPORTS Councilwoman Dhieux reported on a District 3, Colorado Municipal League dinner that Mr. and Mrs. Wur1 and herself attended. She told the Council that it was a very nice meeting. A letter from George Vranesh, City Water Attorney, was enclosed. The contents of the letter stated about the water shares in Marshall Lake. Councilman DiCarlo moved that the committee reports be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Motion carried.
