Roll <br />call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl <br />yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br />Councilman Berry stated that just as a <br />type of procedure the property owner <br />should sign an agreement that he will <br />take care of all costs for publications, <br />legal fees, etc. <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 stated to Council that the Coal <br />Creek executive committee is asking for <br />citizen involvement on the project. Mr. <br />Hershey requests that Council officially <br />designate C.A.C. for study of the project. <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that C.A.C. be <br />designated as the Citizen Study Group for <br />the Coal Creek project. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he would <br />like to know how the different flat rates <br />were established. Mr. Wurl stated under <br />the water rate ordinance there is a specific <br />charge for each facility, etc. Mr. Wur1 <br />stated that the only fair way to balance <br />the use of water is to place everyone on <br />a water meter. After discussion there was <br />no action taken. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry stated that all of Council <br />had received the procedures of the Police <br />Commission. He stated that they should <br />be reviewed. After discussion on them, <br />Councilwoman Dhieux moved that Council study <br />the procedures as listed and submit any <br />changes in writing to Mr. Wurl no later then <br />January 28, 1975. Seconded by Councilman <br />Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Dhieux stated that she and <br />Councilman Berry attended the Consortium <br />meeting and that she was concerned about <br />open space as presented by POSAC. She <br />felt that a letter of concern should be <br />sent to the Consortium in regards to each <br />community adopting their own green belt. <br />After discussion Councilman DiCarlo moved <br />the City Administrator write a letter asking <br />for consideration of adopting the City <br />green belt area as stated in the Comprehensive <br />
