<br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />SOLID WASTE <br />DRCOG <br /> <br />CLYNCKE PROPERTY <br /> <br />DRCOG GRANT 701 <br /> <br />PERSONEL GRANT <br /> <br />DISCRETIONARY FUNDS <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that a feasibility analysis <br />and they are requesting $.10 per capita. <br />That would be about $250.00. Council was <br />not really in favor of the matter but felt <br />they should contribute in case the need <br />ever arises for help. After discussion <br />Councilman Berry moved that the City <br />Administrator instruct the City Attorney <br />to prepare a Resolution stating that the <br />City will participate in the DRCOG Solid <br />Waste Disposal feasibility study. Seconded <br />by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Conarroe asked if the County will be <br />asked to participate in this study. Mr. <br />Wurl stated that they wi 11. Mr. Conarroe <br />felt that the City residents will being <br />paying twice. Once through the City and <br />again through the County. Mr. Wurl stated <br />that the County will pay for the people <br />in the County and the City for the City <br />residents as he understood it. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there were no appraisals <br />on the property, therefore there was no <br />action taken. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the Zoning Ordinance <br />changes are going to be presented to the <br />Planning Commission. Mr. Wurl stated that <br />the total grant will be for $4,500 with the <br />City matching funds for in time services. <br />What was needed was authorization to apply. <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the City <br />Administrator be authorized to apply for <br />the 701 Grant in the amount of $4,500. <br />Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that there was notice given <br />that the State that there was excess money <br />in the Intergovernmental Personel Act. Mr. <br />Wurl had an estimate of what it would take <br />to have the job classification done and an <br />update of the personel code. The amount <br />would be $1,600. Councilman Berry moved <br />that the City Administrator be authorized <br />to apply for the Personel Grant in the <br />amount of $1,600. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that H.U.D. has notified <br />the City that we have until February 4, <br />1975, to apply for any discretionary funds <br />under the Community Development Program. <br />A form showing the capital improvements <br />
