<br />COAL CREEK JUNCTION <br />LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> <br />COUNCIL COMMENTS & REPORTS <br />ADDRESS CHANGE <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Coal <br />Creek Junction be renewed for 1975. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call. <br />Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo <br />yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that everyone was notified <br />by phone regarding the license, and the <br />Three Coins were the only ones who did <br />not bring in the money for renewal. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo stated that he had <br />a meeting with the property owners in <br />the Wood Brothers subdivision. He <br />stated that they were concerned about <br />the renumbering of the area. Mr. Wurl <br />informed Council that there was a mistake <br />of the numbering of certain lots. <br />A question was brought up in regards to <br />reimbursing the property owners for any <br />cost incurred due to the address change. <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the Title Company's <br />had been notified and that there was no <br />real concern on the title, however, if <br />the property owners requested correction <br />the City would pay for the process. <br />Mrs. Linda Garrett stated that she and <br />several of her neighbors who were in- <br />volved in the address change felt that <br />a letter stating the official date of <br />address change and that the City would <br />incur the expenses should have been <br />sent to the involved parties. After <br />discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved that <br />a letter telling of the address change <br />and that the cost will be incurred by the <br />City. Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Councilwoman Scholl move to amend the <br />motion to incur expenses immediately <br />related to the number change subject to <br />approval by the finance committee, such <br />as the warranty deed, deed of trust, and <br />title insurance policy within 90 days. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call. <br />Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, Del- <br />Pizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Roll call on motion. Berry yes, Scholl <br />yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br />
