COAL CREEK JUNCTION LIQUOR LICENSE COUNCIL COMMENTS & REPORTS ADDRESS CHANGE -4- Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Coal Creek Junction be renewed for 1975. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call. Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Mr. Wurl stated that everyone was notified by phone regarding the license, and the Three Coins were the only ones who did not bring in the money for renewal. Councilman DelPizzo stated that he had a meeting with the property owners in the Wood Brothers subdivision. He stated that they were concerned about the renumbering of the area. Mr. Wurl informed Council that there was a mistake of the numbering of certain lots. A question was brought up in regards to reimbursing the property owners for any cost incurred due to the address change. Mr. Wurl stated that the Title Company's had been notified and that there was no real concern on the title, however, if the property owners requested correction the City would pay for the process. Mrs. Linda Garrett stated that she and several of her neighbors who were in- volved in the address change felt that a letter stating the official date of address change and that the City would incur the expenses should have been sent to the involved parties. After discussion Councilman DelPizzo moved that a letter telling of the address change and that the cost will be incurred by the City. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Councilwoman Scholl move to amend the motion to incur expenses immediately related to the number change subject to approval by the finance committee, such as the warranty deed, deed of trust, and title insurance policy within 90 days. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call. Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, Del- Pizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. Roll call on motion.
