<br />COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> <br />BONDS - DUNN KRAHL <br /> <br />1st FEDERAL ANNEXATION <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE <br />#455 <br /> <br />MAYHOFFER SUIT <br /> <br />WATER TRANSFER <br /> <br />-7- <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the comprehensive <br />plan will be discussed at the Planning <br />Commission meeting. He asked that Coun- <br />cil review the goals and if there are <br />any comments to them to him to sub- <br />mit before the deadline. <br /> <br />Mr. Krahl presented an $800,000 bond <br />issue to Council for proposed improve- <br />ments which he and Mr. Wurl had discussed. <br />Mr. Krahl stated that the proposed issue <br />added to the active bond issue would <br />bring a charge of $6.50 for special <br />assessment monthly to water users. Mr. <br />Krahl stated that the total amount does <br />not have to be issued. After discussion <br />Councilman Berry moved that the City At- <br />torney be instructed to prepare an Ord- <br />inance increasing the special assess- <br />ments on water rates by $2.00 per month <br />per tap. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. <br />Roll call on motion. Berry yes, Scholl <br />yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl informed Council that what was <br />needed was an okay for the Planning <br />Commission to discuss the annexation <br />of the Jasko property by 1st Federal <br />Investment Corporation. Councilwoman <br />Scholl moved that the study of the Jasko <br />by 1st Federal be sent to Planning <br />Commission. Seconded by Councilwoman <br />Dhieux. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that the <br />City Administrators report be accepted <br />and placed on file. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilwoman Dhieux. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #455. <br />Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance <br />#455 be ordered published. Seconded by <br />Councilwoman Scholl. Roll call. Berry <br />yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo <br />yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that there was <br />nothing new on the issue. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that he was meeting <br />with Mr. Vranesh to discuss the issue. <br />Councilman Berry asked if there was a <br />difference between Marshallvill Ditch and <br />
