-4- FIRST FEDERAL GAS Mr. Wurl informed Council in regards to the problem First Federal was having coordinating the installation of the Public Service gas lines with the street paving. After discussion Councilman Berry moved that the City Administrator be authorized to handle the situation as he sees fit in the best interest of the City, regarding the Louisville North Subdivision. Seconded by Coun~ cilwoman Dhieux. Roll call. Domenico no, Berry yes, Scholl no, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Councilman DiCarlo stated that he wanted it stated that this is not a precedent matter and it: will not be approved again within this development or any future development. MEMO - PURCHASE ORDER Councilwoman Dhieux requested a copy of the purchase order memo. BICENTENIAL COMMITTEE Steve Anderson asked if anything was started for the Bicentenial celebration to be held in 1976. Mayor Waschak suggested that Mrs. Conarroe be asked to serve as chairperson. PUBLIC SERVICE FRANCHISE A question was brought up in regards to the Public Service Franchise. It was decided that a meeting would be scheduled after the budget session. ORDINANCE #409 AMENDMENT Mr. Wurl stated that he would like Council to authorize an amendment to Ordinance #409 as suggested by the City Engineer. Councilwoman Scholl moved that the City Attorney be instructed to change the Ordinance in Section 22 B-12 Fee as suggested by the City Engineer. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Roll call on motion. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, Di Carlo yes. Motion carried. Councilman Berry moved to accept the City Administrators report. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion carried.
