It was appreciated <br />by all of Louisville. <br /> <br />E & F INDUSTRY COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />Councilwoman Dhieux stated that she <br />had been telephoned in regards to <br />interference in alley ways. Mr. <br />Wurl stated that alley ways are con- <br />sidered City property. Mr. Wurl <br />was asked to check if there was an <br />Ordinance in regards to overhanging <br />limbs, etc. within the alley. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the matter was <br />brought up at the last meeting and <br />the Ordinance was being checked upon. <br /> <br />CONGESTION IN ALLEYS <br /> <br />COAL CREEK MEETING <br /> <br />Councilman Berry stated that there <br />will be a Coal Creek meeting at <br />7:30 in Erie, on September 4, 1974 <br />at the old fire hall. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the <br />committee reports be accepted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br />LURA - TOM ROOME <br /> <br />Mr. Tom Roome representing the people <br />on the east side of Louisville over <br />the tracks stated that he had a petition <br />with about 22 names of people who <br />would like help from LURA but reside <br />outside of the designated area where <br />LURA is working. He requested that <br />the City write a letter toLURA stating <br />that LURA should be working on the <br />east side of the tracks. <br />Dennis Lundberg stated that LURA would <br />like to work in that area but there <br />is some concern as to the distance from <br />the tracks. <br />Councilman Berry moved that Council <br />draft a letter to LURA supporting <br />the expansion of the LURA concentration <br />area east of the tracks. Seconded by <br />Councilwoman Dhieux. Motion carried. <br />A letter will be drafted and sent to <br />LURA. <br />
