-3- E & F INDUSTRY COMPLAINTS Mr. Alex Domenico asked what was being done about the E & F blasting. As there has been damage to homes caused by this. Mr. Wurl stated again that the Attorney is checking on the Ordinances. CITY AD~INISTRATOR REPORT CITY HALL REMODELING Mr. Reinholdt asked if the City would place a 5-minute loading or parking sign placed by their store as they sell large quanities of alcoholic beverages and at time the merchandise has to be carried several blocks be- cause of no parking space. He stated that the back enterance of the store is very difficult to get to. It was stated that the matter should be decided by the traffice department. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Council approve the sign for A & B Liquors. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call on motion. Domenico yes, Berry no, Scholl no, Dhieux no, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Tie vote. After more discussion Mayor Waschak called a roll call vote for the same motion. Domenico yes, Berry no, Scholl no, Dheiux no, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Tie vote. Mayor Waschak informed Council that A & B Liquors did have a sign up for several days and because of repercussion from several surrounding businesses he asked them to take the sign down, which they did. Councilwoman Dhieux stated that she felt the request was valid however, she did not feel Council should make the decision. A third roll call vote was taken on the motion. Domenico yes, Berry no, Scholl no, Dhieux no, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo no. Motion defeated. Mr. Reinholdt was to speak with Chief Munger regarding the matter. A & B LIQUOR REQUEST Mr. Wurl read a memo from the City Engineer stating that there has been criticism in the way bids were applied for and he felt that notification should be made formally for bids for the remodeling of City Hall.
