<br />ORDINANCE #442 & 443 cont'd <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #446 <br />2nd READING - WATER TAP FEES <br /> <br />MAYHOFFER REPORT <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #17 <br />RESERVOIR ABANDONMENT <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br />After discussion roll call on motion. <br />Domenico no, Berry yes, Scholl yes, <br />Dhieux no, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mayor Waschak opened the matter up for <br />Public Hearing. There were no remarks. <br />Mayor Waschak then closed the Public <br />Hearing continuing it until September <br />17, 1974. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read the Ordinance. <br />Councilman Berry moved that Ordinance <br />#446 be adopted. Seconded by Council- <br />woman Scholl. Mayor Waschak opened <br />the matter for Public Hearing. There <br />were no remarks. Roll call on motion. <br />Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, <br />Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that the land <br />purchase is still pending. He stated <br />that he felt that the price of the land <br />sale should be determined by court. <br />Mrs. Mayhoffer stated that she wanted <br />$121,500.00 for the land. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read the Resolution in <br />regards to the abandonment of a portion <br />of the Citys water rights in the Lou- <br />isville water plant. <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved that Resolution <br />#17 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />DiCarlo. Roll call on motion. Domenico <br />yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes <br />DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that George <br />Vranesh be authorized to take whatever <br />legal steps are necessary to withdraw <br />the declared abandonment. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. Roll call on <br />motion. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl <br />yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the City <br />Attorney report be accepted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br />
