<br />-5- <br /> <br />PARKS & REC MEMOS <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl read the memo from Mr. Helart <br />stating that they have okayed using <br />the Parks Building for the Primary <br />Election on September 10, 1974. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl also read the memo from <br />August Hioco in regards to the displaying <br />of trophies from the Louisville High <br />School. There were objections stated <br />as to the displaying of the trophies <br />at the Parks Building. After discussion <br />Councilman Berry moved that the trophies <br />be kept at the Louisville Middle School <br />until there is room to display them. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll <br />call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl <br />no, Dhieux no, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo <br />no. Tie vote. Mayor vote yes to keep <br />the trophies at the Middle School. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that <br />City Administrators report be <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />carried. <br /> <br />the <br />accepted. <br />Motion <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br />EXPLOSIVE ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak requested that Attorney <br />Morris review the Explosive Ordinance <br />and have information as to the power <br />of the blast. It is to be reviewed <br />again at the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #442 & 443 <br />SPROUL ANNEXATIONS <br /> <br />Mr. Morris stated that the time limitations <br />in the past by Planning Commission have <br />been proper, but in his opinion it would <br />be improper to continue the matter for <br />six months to one year as Sproul had <br />requested. He stated that under the <br />law Sproul is entitled to continuancy <br />of testimony. He stated that Sproul <br />should be allowed to give testimony on <br />September 17, 1974, but at that time <br />the matter should be closed. <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the City <br />contact Mr. Sproul and ask him to with- <br />draw his annexation request until he <br />is againg ready to reapply. Seconded <br />by Councilwoman Scholl. <br />Mr. Morris stated that in fairness the <br />Public Hearing should be continued until <br />September 17, 1974. <br />
