Motion carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #448 <br />2ND READING <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #448 in <br />reference to the Fire House Lease on <br />second reading. It is a one time lease <br />for 10 years. Councilman Berry moved <br />that Ordinance #448 be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilwoman Scholl. Under Public <br />Hearin& Mr. Conarroe asked where the money <br />would come from to pay on the lease. Mr. <br />Wurl stated that the money will come from <br />the general fund. Roll call on motion <br />to adopt Ordinance #448. Berry yes, <br />Scholl yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #449 <br />2ND READING <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #449 <br />pertaining to the Car Lease Agreement. <br />under second reading. Councilwoman Scholl <br />moved that Ordinance #449 be adopted. <br />Seconded by Councilman Berry. Under <br />Public Hearing a question was brought up <br />as to the size of the vehicles. Mr. Wurl <br />stated that two of the autos were Police <br />cars and were purchased through a Police <br />package. He stated that small cars could <br />be looked into for the City Officials. <br />Councilman Berry stated that in his opinion <br />a small car doesn't last as long as a large <br />car. <br />Roll call on adoption of Ordinance #449. <br />Berry yes, Scholl yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo <br />no. Motion defeated. A new Ordinance will <br />be drawn up on the leasing of the cars. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read Ordinance #450 regarding <br />changing the name of Fiveside Road to <br />Fireside Road. Councilman DiCarlo moved <br />that Ordinance # 450 be adopted. Seconded <br />by Councilwoman Scholl. There were no <br />remarks under Public Hearing. Roll call <br />on adoption of Ordinance #450.
