<br />CITY ATTORNEY REPORT cont'd <br />MAYHOFFER SUIT <br /> <br />LIBRARY RESIGNATION <br /> <br />WATER USE REPORTS & <br />BUILDING REPORT <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL COURT REPORT <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF BILLS <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />-6- <br /> <br />Attorney Morris stated that Mrs. Mayhoffer <br />has changed her views on the land sale. <br />Mr. Morris is to meet with Mrs. Mayhoffer <br />and he hopes to have an agreement by the <br />time of the next meeting. <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the City <br />Attorneys report be accepted. Seconded <br />by Councilman Berry. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 read the letter from Mrs. Barbara <br />McDonald resigning from the Library Board. <br />Councilwoman Scholl moved to accept the <br />resignation. Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Wur1 asked Council to review these <br />items and notice that there has been a <br />good increase since last year at this time. <br /> <br />Councilman Berry moved that the Municipal <br />Court Report be accepted and placed on file. <br />Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the bills <br />be approved in the amount of $58,733.63 <br />and warrants be drawn for the same. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak adjourned the meeting at <br />10:45 P.M. <br />
