<br />CODE ENFORCEMENT VEHICLE <br /> <br />ORDINANCE #441 <br /> <br />CLEAN UP CAMPAIGN <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl recommended that the City take <br />over the lease agreement on the Lafayette <br />Code Enforcement vehicle at $103.00 per <br />month. Councilman Berry moved that the <br />City take over the lease on the vehicle <br />from Lafayette. Seconded by Councilman <br />Deomenico. Roll call. Domenico yes, <br />Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo <br />yes, DiCarlo no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Attorney Morris read the Ordinance #441 <br />regarding Sanitation Regulations. Coun- <br />cilman Berry moved that the Ordinance be <br />accepted and put up for publication. <br />Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll <br />call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, <br />Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the City <br />hold a clean up program. Seconded by <br />Councilman Berry. Motion carried. Coun- <br />man DiCarlo stated that the Code Enforce- <br />ment Officer should be taking care of <br />cleaning up the City. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak adjourned the meeting at <br />11:30 P.M. until April 23, 1974 at <br />7:30 P.M. <br />
