COUNCIL ITEMS cont'd BOARD REPORTS TO COUNCIL BICYCLE SAFETY WEEK CEMETERY MEETING WATER METERS MUNICIPAL LEAGUE MEETING Councilman DelPizzo questioned what was the procedings on the work at the old Baptist Church. Council has given an extension on the permit and the building should be completed by June 15. Council- man DelPizzo asked that the building in- spector be present at the next Council meeting. Councilman Domenico moved that the chair- person or someone designated to represent the group should come to Council and give a report on the Boards doings etc. at least once quarterly. Seconded by Coun- cilman Berry. Motion carried. Mr. Steve Anderson representing the Optimist Club stated that they were de- signating the week of April 15 thru April 20, as Bicycle Safety Week. A signed proclamation from the Mayor was handed over to him. A bicycle rodeo was to be held at Centauraus on April 20. A Cemetery Board meeting was scheduled for April 22, 1974 7:30 P.M. at City Hall. Councilman Domenico moved that the Council items be accepted. Seconded by Council- woman Scholl. Motion carried. Mrs. Barb McDonald questioned if anything was being done in regards to water meters or relief for summer months watering. Council informed Mrs. McDonald that at the time everything was Status Quo, however they were working on the situation. Councilman Berry moved that the City Administrator and staff make guidelines for an Ordinance pertaining to water meters and rates and hold for Councils approval. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. City Administrator Wur1 reported that on April 30, 1974 at 6:30 P.M. there would be a Municipal League Meeting. Council- man DiCarlo and DelPizzo and Council- woman Dhieux will attend the meeting. Councilman Berry IIDved that the City Administrators report be accepted. Seconded by COlDlcihnan DelPizzo. Motion carried.
