<br />LIQUOR LICENSE REPORT <br />BROWN <br /> <br />Mr. Morris read the report in regards to <br />the Liquor License Report for Robert and <br />Lou Brown. Councilman Berry moved that <br />the report be accepted. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. Domenico <br />yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, <br />DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE if 438 <br />POLICE PENSION <br /> <br />City Attorney Morris read the modification <br />of the Ordinance. Mr. Morris suggested <br />that it be discussed. Councilman DiCarlo <br />suggested that the matter be discussed <br />at the Police Commission meeting on <br />February 27, and have Mr. Morris there <br />to explain the Ordinance. <br /> <br />ASS IS STANT CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />City Attorney Morris recommended that <br />the City hire Mr. Cliff Carney as the <br />assisstant City Attorney to be present <br />on court nights. Councilman DiCarlo <br />moved that Cliff Carney be appointed as <br />assisstant City Attorney. Seconded by <br />Councilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CONTINENTAL VIEW ESTATES <br /> <br />Mrs. Betty Livingston wrote a letter <br />to the City requesting that the City <br />serve that area with a one year commit- <br />tment for services to 43 sites with <br />water and sewer as per the City's <br />requirements and regulations. Council- <br />man Berry asked if the pipes that were <br />placed in for BSCS were large enough to <br />include the estate. Mr. Wurl stated that <br />they were adequate and also that there <br />was a pump designed to serve Continental <br />View Estates sitting idol at the moment. <br />Councilman Berry moved that Mr. Wurl be <br />instructed to contact Betty Livingston <br />of Continental View Estates and inform <br />her that the City is capable of serving <br />that property and will consder all <br />negotiations. Seconded by Councilwoman <br />Dhieux. Roll call. Domenico yes, Berry <br />yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes, .DiCarlo yes, <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> <br />Mr. Lundberg informed Council that Housing <br />Authority had an opening due to Mr. Don- <br />ovans resignation. Mr. Lundberg also <br />asked Council to consider the transfer of <br />money from one item to other items in the <br />budget. Councilwoman Dhieux stated that <br />she would have to review the matter. Mr. <br />Wurl stated that an outline has been made <br />on this.
