Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Roll call. DiCarlo yes, DelPizzo yes, <br />Dhieux yes, Scholl yes, Berry yes, and <br />Domenico no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl made a motion that <br />Ordinance #423 be accepted. Seconded by <br />Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call. DiCarlo <br />yes, DelPizzo yes, Dhieux yes, Scholl yes, <br />Berry no, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mrs. Marge Lazuk questioned several of <br />the items in Ordinance #436 pertaining <br />to the Cemetary. Mayor Waschak asked <br />that the City Administrator Wurl, the <br />Cemetary Board and Mr. Ellis get to- <br />gether and study the problems that Mrs. <br />Lazuk brought up before passing the <br />Ordinance. Mr. Ellis got up and dis- <br />cussed the Cemetary in regards to plots. <br />Councilman Domenico made a motion to <br />table the discussion until after the <br />study session. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />City Attorney Morris gave a brief ex- <br />planation of Ordinance #437. Council- <br />woman Scholl made a motion that the <br />Ordinance be accepted. Councilman Berry <br />seconded the motion. Roll call. DiCarlo <br />yes, DelPizzo no, Dhieux no, Scholl yes, <br />Berry yes, Domenico no. Motion defeated. <br />City attorney Morris stated that the <br />only way the motion can be voted on <br />again would be to readvertise it. <br /> <br />City Attorney Morris read the request <br />for a Liquor License at 1675 Courtesy Road, <br />Louisville, Colorado. The premises is <br />owned by the applicant and plans have <br />been submitted. Three recommendations <br />were made available on Bob Brown by Esther <br />DelForge, Victor Caranci, and Michael <br />Pickett. John Coet presented Council with <br />a petition against the issuance of the <br />license signed by approximately 116 <br />Louisville residents. City Administrator <br />Wurl read the three letters in favor of <br />Mr. Brown. Mr. Gene Tavoni from the <br />audience state that the store would be too <br />close to the highway and Centaurus High <br />School and he felt the license should not <br />be issued. Councilman DiCarlo moved that <br />the hearing be continued at the next <br />
