-6- LIQUOR LICENSE cont'd Council meeting. Seconded by Council- woman Scholl. Councilman Domenico asked if the FBI check had come through on the two applicants yet. It had not. Council- man Berry felt that since there was no real need for another Liquor Store that the request be denied. The motion to table the discussion was carried. RESOLUTION 1-2-3-4-5-6- City Attorney Morris stated that the Resolutions had been brought up at the last Council meeting. They were given to the former Mayor and outgoing Council- men. Councilwoman Scholl moved that the Resolutions be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Berry. l1Dtion carried. MUNICIPAL COURT Councilman DiCarlo moved that the Municipal Court report for December 1973, be accepted in the amount of $1,208.00 in fines. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. HEALTH OFFICER REPORT Councilman Domenico moved that the Health Report be accepted. Seconded by Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. FINANCE COtft1ITTEE MEETING City Treasurer Hesson, asked for a Finance Committee Meeting on January 28, 1974, at 7:30 P.M. with Councilmen DiCarlo, DelPizzo, and Councilwoman Dhieux present. Also, City Administrator Wurl, City Attorney Morris, and Cleo Mudrock present. The meeting was approved. CITIZEN CO~lliNTS on WATER METERS Mr. Charles King asked that the Water Meter Ordinance be brought up again as there was to be a public hearing at this time, but the Mayor overlooked it. City Attorney Morris stated that since the public hearing was overlooked, the vote was invalid. Councilwoman Dhieux stated that she was against the Ordinance because she felt that it was discriminating however she was not totally against Water Meters, but against the reading of the Ordinance. ADJOURNI'1ENT Councilman DiCarlo moved that the meeting be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman Berry. Meeting was adjourned at 10:15 P.M.
