Councilman Domenico asked <br />if the FBI check had come through on the <br />two applicants yet. It had not. Council- <br />man Berry felt that since there was no <br />real need for another Liquor Store that <br />the request be denied. The motion to <br />table the discussion was carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1-2-3-4-5-6- <br /> <br />City Attorney Morris stated that the <br />Resolutions had been brought up at the <br />last Council meeting. They were given <br />to the former Mayor and outgoing Council- <br />men. Councilwoman Scholl moved that the <br />Resolutions be adopted. Seconded by <br />Councilman Berry. l1Dtion carried. <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL COURT <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the <br />Municipal Court report for December 1973, <br />be accepted in the amount of $1,208.00 <br />in fines. Seconded by Councilman <br />DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />HEALTH OFFICER REPORT <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that the <br />Health Report be accepted. Seconded by <br />Councilman DelPizzo. Motion carried. <br /> <br />FINANCE COtft1ITTEE MEETING <br /> <br />City Treasurer Hesson, asked for a <br />Finance Committee Meeting on January 28, <br />1974, at 7:30 P.M. with Councilmen <br />DiCarlo, DelPizzo, and Councilwoman Dhieux <br />present. Also, City Administrator Wurl, <br />City Attorney Morris, and Cleo Mudrock <br />present. The meeting was approved. <br /> <br />CITIZEN CO~lliNTS on WATER <br />METERS <br /> <br />Mr. Charles King asked that the Water <br />Meter Ordinance be brought up again as <br />there was to be a public hearing at this <br />time, but the Mayor overlooked it. City <br />Attorney Morris stated that since the <br />public hearing was overlooked, the vote <br />was invalid. Councilwoman Dhieux stated <br />that she was against the Ordinance <br />because she felt that it was discriminating <br />however she was not totally against <br />Water Meters, but against the reading of <br />the Ordinance. <br /> <br />ADJOURNI'1ENT <br /> <br />Councilman DiCarlo moved that the meeting <br />be adjourned. Seconded by Councilman Berry. <br />Meeting was adjourned at 10:15 P.M. <br />
