Colorado Bureau of Investi- <br />gation will process prints if they are not advised <br />that they are liquor license applicants, but <br />they have such a backlog they would not get them <br />back before the hearing. <br />Councilman Jensen commented perhaps the checks <br />could be made by Denver computer check, and <br />Council would have a local check. <br />Councilman King requested that checks be obtained <br />for A & B. Liquors, Twin Light, Senor TIs. <br /> <br />City Administrator \AIurl explained this was a <br />to be a status report as to how to set up the <br />Finance Department and duties assigned to per- <br />sonnel. <br />Mayor Caranci commented he would like to have <br />a motion to have auditors Alexander Grant and <br />Charles Hauber check our records to make certain <br />everything is in order before he goes out of <br />office. <br />Councilman King moved that Alexander Grant and <br />Charles Hauber do our auditing for Council. <br />Seconded by Councilman Jensen. Roll call vote- <br />Deborski yes, King yes, Jensen yes, Donovan yes, <br />Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico moved that Carolyn Cunning- <br />ham be appointed to the Library Board to com- <br />plete the term of Dolores Forbis - to January <br />1, 1977, and that Barbara McDonald be appointed <br />to the Library Board for a five year term to <br />January 1, 1979. Seconded by Councilman King. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Read in entirety by City Attorney Horris. <br />Councilman Deborski moved that Resolution #23 <br />Series 1973 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman <br />Domenico. Roll call vote - Domenico yes, Scholl <br />yes, Donovan yes, Jensen yes, King yes, Deborski <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Read in entirety by City Attorney Morris. <br />Councilman King moved that Resolution #24, Series <br />1973 be adopted.
