<br />'-SGULAR HEETING <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />NOVEMBER 27, 1973 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1!-432 <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICE <br />EXPANSION FEE <br /> <br />City Attorney Morris stated Ordinance #432 <br />was read in entirety last meeting, and one <br />chage was made to include Lura Boundaries <br />now adopted by it - basically all of old <br />Louisville and excluding Bella Vista, Scienic <br />HE~ights, and all the new areas - Hood Brothers <br />and North Louisville sub-divisions. <br />Councilman Deborski moved that Ordinance #432 <br />be put out for publication. Seconded by Council- <br />man Donovan. <br />Roll call vote - Deborski yes, King yes, Jensen <br />no, Donovan yes, Scholl yes, Domenico no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE # 434 <br />1974 APPROPRIATION <br /> <br />Read in entirety by City Attorney Morris. <br />Councilman Jensen moved that Ordinance #434 <br />be adopted. Seconded by Councilman King. <br />Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Councilman King moved for adjournment. Seconded <br />by Councilman Jensen. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br />
