Seconded by Councilman Deborski. <br />Public hearing - Councilman elect DelPizzo in <br />quired as to the location of the alley. Adminis- <br />trator Wur1 advised it was a north-south alley <br />behind the last row of houses on Harper Street. <br />Roll call vote - Deborski yes, King yes, Jensen <br />yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />~;econd reading - Public Hearing. Annual appro- <br />priations Ordiance to defray expenses and lia- <br />bilities for the City's fiscal year January 1, <br />1.974 and ending December 31, 1.974. <br />Councilman King moved that Ordinance ii434 be <br />adopted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />Public hearing - on comments. Roll call vote <br />Domenico yes, Scholl yes, Jensen yes, King yes, <br />Deborski yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Resolution #26 read in entirety by Administrator <br />\\Tur 1 . <br />Councilman King moved that Resolution #26 be <br />passed. Seconded by Councilman Deborski. <br />Roll call vote - Deborski yes, King yes, Jensen <br />yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Councilman Deborski asked what happened to the <br />Water meter ordinance. AdministratorWur1 stated <br />this has to wait until January 15th because of <br />publication. <br /> <br />Mayor Caranci requested the deputy city clerk <br />to post a sign that the City offices would be <br />closed Monday, December 24, 1973. <br /> <br />Councilman King moved for adjournment. <br />by Councilman Deborski.
