Councilman King moved that Ordinance ://:433 be ad- opted as amended. Seconded by Councilman Deborski. Public hearing - Councilman elect DelPizzo in quired as to the location of the alley. Adminis- trator Wur1 advised it was a north-south alley behind the last row of houses on Harper Street. Roll call vote - Deborski yes, King yes, Jensen yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. ~;econd reading - Public Hearing. Annual appro- priations Ordiance to defray expenses and lia- bilities for the City's fiscal year January 1, 1.974 and ending December 31, 1.974. Councilman King moved that Ordinance ii434 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Public hearing - on comments. Roll call vote Domenico yes, Scholl yes, Jensen yes, King yes, Deborski yes. Motion carried. Resolution #26 read in entirety by Administrator \\Tur 1 . Councilman King moved that Resolution #26 be passed. Seconded by Councilman Deborski. Roll call vote - Deborski yes, King yes, Jensen yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. Councilman Deborski asked what happened to the Water meter ordinance. AdministratorWur1 stated this has to wait until January 15th because of publication. Mayor Caranci requested the deputy city clerk to post a sign that the City offices would be closed Monday, December 24, 1973. Councilman King moved for adjournment. by Councilman Deborski.
