ON NEW <br />BUILDINGS CONSTRUCTED <br /> <br />'lRDINANCE 1f433 <br />VACATION OF OLIVAS <br />ALLEY <br /> <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />DECEMBER 18, 1973 <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl advised council to make <br />note of change in place and date of LURA <br />Housing Authority meetings. <br /> <br />Reference was made to letter from E. Ray Carlson <br />addressed to the City Council dealing with the <br />Building Inspector's attempt to have corrections <br />made to the old Fischer Apts. Mr. Carlson states <br />why he is unable to make the required improvements <br />within the period of time specified by the <br />Building Inspector. City Administrator Wurl <br />then asked Council's permission to speak with <br />the building inspector and see if an extension <br />of time maybe granted in this particular case. <br /> <br />In the absence of City Attorney Morris, Administra- <br />tor Wurl stated this was second reading - Public <br />Hearing - An Ordinance providing financial relief <br />and security for elderly citizens in the City <br />of Louisville. <br />Councilman King moved that Ordinance #430 be <br />adopted. Seconded by Councilman Deborski. <br />Public Hearing - Councilman Jensen inquired if <br />there was a qualifier clause. Administrator <br />Wurl stated the Ordinance applied no matter what <br />the income was and they had to be a resident of <br />the City at least on year. <br />Roll call vote - Deborski yes, King yes, Jensen <br />yes, Scholl yes, Domenico yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Second Reading - Public Hearing - An ordinance <br />repealing Ordinance #425 placing a documentary <br />fee upon land transfers occuring in the City <br />of Louisville. <br />Councilman King moved that Ordinance #431 be <br />adopted. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. <br />Open public hearing - no comments. Roll call <br />vote Domenico yes, Scholl yes, Jensen yes <br />King yes, Deborski yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Administrator Wurl asked that this be delayed <br />as he did not have the corrected copy from <br />Attorney Morris. <br /> <br />Second Reading - Public Hearing - An ordinance <br />for the vacation of an alley behind the Olivas <br /> <br />Page - 4 - <br />
