<br />COUNCIL COHMENTS <br /> <br />WATER HEATERS <br />TRAILER PARK <br /> <br />CLEAN-UP <br />CAMPAIGN <br /> <br />CEMETERY <br /> <br />POLICE COM}US- <br />: IN REPORT <br /> <br />ITEMS FROM PEOPLE <br />IN ATTENDANCE <br />NOT ON AGENDA <br /> <br />LIQUOR LICENSE <br />APPLICATION <br /> <br />AJAX REPORT <br /> <br />STEINBAUGH <br />PROPERTY <br /> <br />Councilman Deborski read motion regarding status of <br />water as pertains to the latest annexation water commit- <br />ments, proposed water meter plan, lifting of water restrict- <br />ions, filter plant renovation and future city financial <br />problems. Specifically the report entailed 12 items regard- <br />ing water usage. Councilman Deborski then moved that City <br />AdministratorWurl provide this report to Council. Sec- <br />onded by Councilman King. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Insurance Representative Carmen DeSantis reported that <br />he had received several claims from the tenants at Parco <br />DelIo Zingaro Trailer Park. He informed Council tthat he <br />had turned the claims over to the insurance legal depart- <br />ment and the claims would be processed accordingly. <br /> <br />Councilman Donovan reported that there were a few items <br />remaining on the clean-up campaign and they hoped to get <br />them finished up this weekend. The citizens present at <br />the meeting and Councilwoman Scholl commended Councilman <br />Donovan on thE~ fine work that had been done on the clean- <br />up. <br /> <br />Councilwoman Scholl commended the City crew on the fine <br />job they had done at the Cemetery - reported she had re- <br />ceived many compliments. <br /> <br />Councilman Domenico reported that they had come to an <br />agreement with Arlo 1f.Jilson as to his pension salary. <br />After discussion Councilman Jensen moved that City Clerk <br />list overtime and uniform allowance separately for all <br />employees when listing bills to be published. Seconded by <br />Councilman King. All in favor. -Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. L. S. Kennard who lives outside the City limits asked <br />the Council members who he could contact regarding spraying <br />weeds in his field. Councilman Jensen recommended he <br />contact the Pest Control Division or the County Agent. <br /> <br />Marilyn Reinholdt presented her liquor application as new <br />owner of A & B Liquors. Attorney Morris recommended ac- <br />ceptance pending clearance of FBI. Councilman King moved <br />that liquor c~plication be accepted after clearance check <br />by FBI had bE!en received. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. <br />All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />In the absence of City Administrator Wurl, this was tabled <br />until the work session - Monday evening, June 11, 1973 at <br />7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />After discussion it was decided to take this up at the work <br />session. <br /> <br />- 2 - <br />
