Meeting called for August 14th. <br /> <br />Three police chiefs - Broomfield, Lafayette and <br />Louisville and each City Manager have met and discussed <br />the possibility of a joint central police facility <br />to be constructed at a location convenient to all <br />cities. Any participation by the Federal Govern- <br />ment for structures for individual police departments <br />have been turned down. Could come up with grant <br />money, planning, and study funds to get it started. <br /> <br />Prepared in conjunction with the up-coming budget <br />consideration priority sheet. Mr. Wurl asked Coun- <br />cil to take the time in the next week and rate the <br />items that are outlined as to priority of import- <br />ance to the City. <br /> <br />Council recommended the City control their own. <br /> <br />Councilman King moved to approve change order #4 <br />Sanitation Plant electric system to 3 phase from <br />2 phase.. Seconded by Councilman Donovan. Roll call <br />vote - Deborski no, King yes, Donovan yes, Scholl yes. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Ordinance #417 - entitled Documentary Fee given new <br />number L~25. Councilman King moved to publish Ordin- <br />ance #425. Seconded by Councilman Deborski. Roll <br />call vote - Deborski yes, King yes, Donovan yes, Scholl <br />yes. Motion carried. Public Hearing - September <br />4th, 1973. <br /> <br />Councilman King moved to publish Ordinance #423 - Sub- <br />division Regulations. Public hearing - Sept. <br />18, 1973. <br /> <br />Councilman King moved that Ordinance =//=424 - Zoning <br />be published. Seconded by Councilman Deborski. Public hearing": Sept. <br />18., 1973. f <br /> <br />132 cases tried - $1,240.00 assessed and turned over <br />to the City.
