Deborski: Talking about the Ordj.nance - Chapter 18 of the code - in lieu of the negotiated fee, would like to have Gouncil consider establishing the actual fee of $50000 per acre as being it, and not provide for negotiations. Section 2 - strike the fee of $5.00 for the copies and state whatever fees are standard. 1\"0 rebate would be due to the developers whether the area is annexed or not. Tabled till next meeting. ACUARIUS: Unfortunately we are unable to put together all information to submit Grant. Go back to original position which Council authorized - the negotiations of a new agreement. Ordinance #402: An ordinance repealing all other ordinances relating to sewer tap .fees and sewer rates and all ordinances inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance, and enacting the ordinance establishing cOl'nmercial and residential sewer rate tap fees and setting forth the sewer system policy of the City of Louisville. Motion by King, secomed by Domenico that Ordinance #402 be published. Hatien carried. Public hearing - February 6, 1973. Ordinance #403: An ordinance to contrnct an idebtedness on behalf of the City of Louisville, Co1cre.do and upon the credit thereof by issuing General Obligation Bonds of th e City in the principal amount of $100,000.00 for the purpose of constructing and equipping a swimming pool and related facili ties in the Ci ty, prescribing the form 0 f said bonds and pro- viding for the levy of taxes to pay the bonds and t,he interest thereon, and declaring an emergency.
