WURL: May I go back to Bruns' bill - received a bill for $29,194.79 on the
design of the sevler plant. vJe discussed this bill with the old Sewer Board
and Rome wrote a note and ex.planed his understanding was they amended this
bill, a break down, due notu$2,9l9.48 after signing the contract and $5,838.96
which is payable on a percentage basis through the life of the project. My
concern is due tothe increase in cost of land. vlhen Liley turned over thp Sal~-
i tat ion District we received approximately $93,000. We did not ar,ticipate
paying this bill on this basis-if the price of the land had not increased
vle probably could ~s:tand the strain.. Our EPA money comes in quarterly
which means funding t.he fi.rst three months of the project out of our revenues.
