Brown also stated that he is interested in getting the <br />inventory process started. <br /> <br />Sisk informed Council that Louisville resident Barry Hartman is being honored by the <br />YMCA as Mentor of the Year. Also being honored is Louisville resident Ellie Cabbage <br />and Lafayette resident Ms. Trumble for all their fine work. Sisk stated that Boulder <br />County had three very worthy representatives being honored by the YMCA. <br /> <br />Keany invited the Mayor, City Council and anyone else who wishes to attend a formal <br />announcement in front of City Hall next Tuesday at noon. <br /> <br />Davidson stated that the Wildlife Task Force met for the first time and the meeting went <br />extremely well. He also noted that the City Administrator, Tom Phare, and he met with <br />Northern Colorado District Staff and discussed water issues. They will continue <br />discussions about the cost CBT water. Davidson felt that with the high cost of water it is <br />no longer feasible to set water taps by ordinance. He stated that he has asked the City <br />Administrator to meet with City Attorney to draft a new ordinance that will permit a <br />formula to be used to establish the price per tap. <br /> <br />Simmons stated that Staff would be meeting with the Downtown Business Association to <br />review the plans for the Improvement District. Staff will also meet with the Colorado <br />Conservancy staff to discuss water issues. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council ad~ourn (8:32 p.m.), seconded by Brown.
