Hearing none, Davidson closed the <br />pubic hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: Sisk moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1336, Series 2000, An <br />Ordinance Authorizing the Payment of City Moneys for the Acquisition of Vacant Real <br />Estate and Water Rights for Open Space Purposes - Esmail Property, Northeast Comer <br />Hwy 42 & Empire Road, seconded by Howard. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a <br />vote of 7-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22, SERIES 2000 ':'" A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN <br />AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND MINOR SUBDIVISION <br />REPLAT FOR THE BELLA VISTA SOUTH SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />Davidson called for Staff Presentation. <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator reviewed that this application was originally before <br />City Council on April 4, 2000. The hearing was continued due to concerns over requested <br />setback exceptions, proposed public land dedication for right-of-way, and the basis for <br />calculating the fee in-lieu of land dedication. Simmons stated that the proposed replat and <br />land dedication needs to be analyzed in detail, and therefore Staff is requesting a <br />continuance to the May 2, 2000 meeting. <br /> <br />Brown requested that the impact on the roadways be evaluated. <br /> <br />Mayer emphasized the need for careful review of the setback exceptions. <br /> <br />MOTION: Davidson moved that Council continue Resolution No. 22, Series 2000, A <br />Resolution Approving an Amended Final PUD Development Plan and Minor Subdivision <br />Replat for the Bella Vista South Subdivision to the May 2, 2000 meeting, seconded by <br />Brown.
