<br />Keany suggested including calculations for expansions that remove existing parking spaces in the' <br />ordinance as he did not see that scenario addressed. <br /> <br />Mayer stated that the impact fee proposal is based upon two parking spaces per thousand feet with <br />the assumption that there will be multiple uses for each spot.
