CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />AUGUST 4, 1998 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The City Council of the City of Louisville met in a regular session in the Council Chambers at City <br />Hall, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Tom Davidson called the meeting to order at <br />7:00 p.m. and the following persons were present - <br />City Council: Mayor Tom Davidson, Kevin Howard, Rob Lathrop, <br />Arnold Levihn, and Tom Mayer <br />Staff Present: Bill Simmons, City Administrator <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director <br />Dianne Ray, Finance Director <br />Bruce Goodman, Chief of Police <br />Also Present: Sam Light, City Attorney <br />Excused: Mayor Pro-tem Chuck Sisk <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Davidson called for any changes to the Agenda. <br />NONE <br />Davidson moved that Council approve the Agenda, seconded by Howard. All in favor. <br />APPROVAL OF CONSENT AGENDA <br />Davidson called for any changes to the Consent Agenda. <br />NONE <br />Davidson moved that Council approve: the Consent Agenda, seconded by Levihn. All in favor. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS ON ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA <br />Robert Frost, 821 Lincoln Place, Boulder, Colorado, encouraged the City of Louisville to establish <br />a passive prairie dog pazk, as the city of Sante Fe has recently done. He encouraged the citizens of <br />Louisville to support establishing a passive prairie dog park by signing the petition which is currently <br />circulating that requests the City to do so. <br />
