means any wheeled vehicle or apparatus, without motive power, which is <br />designed to be drawn by a motor vehicle and to carry cargo load in whole or part <br />upon its own structure, and which is generally or commonly used to transport <br />property over the public highways. <br /> <br />CD. Any person found guilty of violating any provision of this section shall be <br />punished for each violation as provided in section 1.28.010. Each act or omission <br />in violation of this section shall be deemed a separate violation and for each <br />calendar day during which any violation continues, a separate violation shall be <br />deemed to have been committed. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect October 22, 2002. <br /> <br /> Section 3. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such <br />decisions shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City <br />Council hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each part hereof <br />irrespective of the fact that nay one part be declared invalid. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
